Bleeding again at 27 weeks (gross pictures)

I had a cerclage at 12 weeks and everything has been ok so far. I started bleeding at 25 weeks off and on but nothing to bad. Than at 26 weeks I lost some mucus with blood in it. So my doctor gave me some steroids to help my little guys lungs develop just in case. I haven’t had any bleeding since until today. I started bleeding again. Is this normal with the cerclage to bleed so much? I can’t get ahold of my doctor at the moment but idk if I’m just over reacting or not.
