Help!

My baby will not sleep anymore! She is waking up every 2 to 3 hours. I feel like its because she isn't getting enough to eat during the day. I feed her 4 oz every 3 hours but each feeding she will only drink maybe 2 oz. Everytime she starts eating she flips over and continues playing and standing up on everything lol. I've tried bringing her in other rooms so she won't get distracted but nothing helps. She isn't sick, has no teeth coming in, that i can see. Were doing BLW and she will eat but definitely not enough to fill her up, most ends up on the floor. Any suggestions to get this little one to eat?
