I feel it but negative test

I swear I feel something different inside me, and I've been beyond nauseous, my period is 1 day ( today will make 2 days) late, I took a test this morning, but it was negative it was also my second pee ( sorry for the info) I've had to pee like crazy my chin is broken out very bad and again this feeling.. ps if I am pregnant it would be from pre cumejaculation 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just want opinions on if it's all in my head or I could really be pregnant? I'm scared and nervous
