Sleep aids while pregnant?

I’ve been having trouble falling sleep the past week and I just found out I’m pregnant. 
Can I take any sort of sleep aid?

Unisom or Benadryl

My ob prescribed unisom for nausea and it helps with sleep. You can also take tylenol pm just not every night.

I rake benedryl at leave once a week !

I took melatonin and if I had a headache or other pains, I used Tylenol PM
