No because when I order a water cup it’s because I want water. If I wanted soda or tea I would just order that. 
But I see people do it all the time.

Where i work the water dispenser is closely under the cherry pepsi button, its easy to press the wrong one if you have a big drinks order on. I always ask if the customer wants cup or bottled water for that reason if im on the till

Not unless it was an accident.  Like the water and the lemonade are in the same dispenser and i didn't realize it . The moment i noticed i change to water.  If i order water i want water if i order tea i want tea.
