questions about therapy
Has anyone ever gotten therapy, as in gone to a psychologist or psychiatrist? I feel like I should see one, but I’m not exactly sure what to talk about. I don’t really have anything specific from my past that bothers me, I just need help figuring out the root of my anxiety and how to stop it.
So my question is, has anyone ever gone and not had some specific trauma to talk about? Will it help me?
