Very rarely is my daughter up past 7. Usually she goes to bed right at 7 but sometimes she goes down closer to 6:30. She sleeps until 6:30 most mornings.

We have a different kind of schedule than lots of other people. We go to bed kinda late but we get up later in the day too. My LO sleeps in bed with me(still breastfeeding) and we don't exactly have a schedule. We just do what works for us. Sometimes it changes a little due to work or travel etc.

My older 2 have school so all kiddos go to bed at 6:45

She used to sleep at 9:30 then she caught a cold and everything went to hell. Now she sleeps ~11. I’m exhausted

Our daughter goes to bed between 8:15 and 8:30 and gets up at 7:15.
