I interviewed two weeks ago at the ER where my mom works her boss said I would hear back hopefully by beginning of next week it’s been two weeks and still haven’t heard anything. But she told her assistant I made a great impression on her so I’m confused. They say she forgets everything and never responds to emails

Hospitals in my area are slow af to get hired into. It took me 4 months to get into my current job because the recruiter sucks butt 🙄
