I’m a FTM and this is the longest pregnancy I’ve carried. I’m 18 weeks currently. I’ve had mixed feelings on my OB in the past. I’ve seen him for 2 years now since we started TTC. I had fertility problems and he kinda brushed them off and my miscarriages. So I went to a fertility specialist and what they did worked. I stopped seeing her at 9 weeks and started seeing my OB. I have appointments every 4 weeks with him and that includes an ultrasound. My first appointment was detailed and great, but since then they’ve been so rushed. 13 week and 17 week appointment they checked heartbeat, doctor came in and asked how I was feeling, looked at baby for MAYBE 30 seconds. No measurements or anything! Again I don’t know how these things are supposed to go. But after that he just says he’ll see me next time. I feel clueless about so many things and he just rushes me in and out. He’s super nice but the way he handled my miscarriages and other things makes me anxious. Should I switch? Is it too late?
