Anxiousness
Just found out I’m pregnant with baby number 2 (I have PCOS and needed fertility support for baby number 1 so I’m still in complete shock). Anyway! How do y’all deal with the anxiety of the unknown and keep your brain focused? I remember feeling somewhat worried during my first pregnancy but not this bad. My doctor refuses to see patients until 12 weeks so I don’t have my official scan or anything until March. I don’t think I’m going to make it!
Any insight into what you do to overcome those pestering negative thoughts and to continue to feel positive? Thanks in advance!
