When is the absolute earliest you can find out the baby’s gender?

Answer

I would say it depends on the accuracy of the test:
1. Sneak peek, about 8-9 weeks. I didn't do it my self but I've heard it has quite large amount of wrong answers 
2. NIPT - 10 weeks and it is quite accurate. The only downfall with it is if you are not eligible for a free one based on the criteria it is very pricey, about $500 and not all insurances cover the cost.
3. Ultrasound - 17 weeks, and it has a possibility of being wrong. I witnessed 2 cases of my acquaintances, one been told it is a girl and ended up being a girl, and a second one had a vice versa situation. 
4. Amniotic fluid - 15 weeks. This is the dangerous one, but the most accurate, not just for gender but for any genetic disease. Can be done only by doctors referral.

I had a private scan at 15 weeks and found out our little girls sex and it was right 🙂

I did the sneak peek blood DNA test, they won’t let you do it til you’re at least 8 weeks. I’m currently waiting for my results any day now

You can find out with the Nipt test at 10 weeks.
