We had our anatomy scan this week and our little peanut is perfect! We knew she was a girl for awhile but was just nice to finally see her. Doc said all looked well but that it’s possible I may have velamentous cord insertion (no vasa prévia). He said from the still images hes not even sure that’s what he saw but we have to go back in 8 weeks to meet with the specialist just in case. I’m surprisingly not really worried at all, just happy all her major organs and brain are growing and functioning properly ☺️

Anyone else have or had velamentous cord insertion?
