Why is this happening!?

I had a c-section 2 years ago (currently 13wks pregnant) and sometimes when I sneeze and tense up my stomach I feel the most excruciating pain on the side of my c-section scar. It feels like it’s tearing open and it freaks me out. It just happened again tonight and I couldn’t move it hurt so bad. Has anyone else ever experienced this with their scar? Is it something I should talk to my OB about?

Could be scar tissue or round ligament pain they tend to pull easily during pregnancy

Most likely it is adhesions, the more c-sections you have the more dense they become and can be even more painful, during pregnancy they can tear or break up due to the uterus growing again.
