Any one elses baby having issues sleeping?

I did all the work over a year ago to sleep train my daughter and she has been successfully putting herself to sleep in her own room for well over a year now and all of a sudden this week she will not fall asleep without a fight. Begging one of us to stay with her or running out of her room to ours. Seems like she is scared of her room all of a sudden and idk what to do?

I will take any advice or suggestions you momma's have. It's driving me insane not having my quiet time while she is falling asleep and to have to fight to keep her in bed with out just cuddling up to her or bringing her in my room and ruining all my hard work of sleep training 😭
