Er last night

I went to the er for constant pains . thought is was a bad uti . they saw nothing on the ultrasound because my levels aren't even above 500. Progesterone level is perfect. I get an Hcg level check Saturday. Anyone have this happen and go on with a healthy pregnancy? I'm supposed to be between 4. And 5 weeks along . Doc said to remain postive but just looking for stories . poor's hubs is a mess over it..
