Boobs leaking @34+4

I’m getting ready for work just prior to writing this and realize my boobs are leaking.

This is my second child within two years and my boobs did not leak at all with my first.

Just want to ensure this is normal and perhaps a tip on how to keep them from leaking through while I’m at work. I don’t have anymore nipple pads from my first pregnancy and have yet to get any because I didn’t leak until after I gave birth the first time.
