Let’s share easy/healthy recipes!
I’m trying to make vegetables more of a staple in my diet and to cook more interesting/diverse meals. I found this recipe for Linguini with Turkey and Carrot Ragu yesterday and it turned out so well! I’m not a great cook at all so the fact that it was pretty simple and only took about 45 mins was amazing.
My modifications to the recipe were:
-used gluten free chickpea pasta instead of whole wheat
-used coconut oil instead of olive oil
-used fresh tomatoes instead of from a can (and I did much fewer of them than the recipe advised because I’m not a huge tomato fan lol)
But just wanted to share this because I’m super excited about it and want to learn more simple & healthy recipes!
