Yeast infection after uti?

I am taking nitrofurantoin for a uti. Can this cause a yeast infection?

A lot of antibiotics cause you to get Yeast infections. Totally normal. Just message your doc and ask for some Diflucan. :)

Definitely. I just finished a course for my wisdom tooth and now i have a yeast infection :( i got the diflucan and monistat together! It's a great combo because you treat it locally and internally too! And btw you need prescription for the diflucan but can get monistat otc

I can’t remember what they had me on but I got a yeast infection from my uti meds they gave me! It was a terrible one, i would get some meds for the yeast ASAP if you think you are starting to show signs before it gets worse!
