Anyone have their baby have pink eye yet?

I picked him up from daycare and these stupid people didn’t tell me that my sons eye was red and oozing, claiming to only have noticed it when I picked him up. (I will be talking with the director—already emailed her) what did y’all do? We are at the clinic but any advice on how to clean it without irritating him!

Warm wash cloth over the eye. Use a different one for each eye. Ours cleared up quickly!

Yep! Took her to the pediatrician and did eye drops. It was gone in like two days.

Take him to the pediatrician. Once he starts the eye drops, it should clear up in a day or two. Keep going with the drops for the full 7 days though or it could have a resurgence (learned that the hard way). I found the easiest way to clean the eyes was with a warm, wet paper towel. Good luck!
