It’s a uterine cast. Basically all the lining came out in one piece instead of a slow bleed

It’s a cast of your uterus. I would call/go back to the doctor just to be safe but if you had a pregnancy test at the doctors, it’s not a miscarriage.

If I were you I would go to the emergency room and get seen by a Dr. That does not look like old period blood. Are you sure you weren’t pregnant because it looks like a possible miscarriage, however I could be wrong
