Heartburn
Hi ladies,
The past several days, I have had the worst heartburn I’ve ever had in any of my pregnancies. It’s been awful. I’m 32 weeks on Monday, and I don’t know how many third trimester mommies this applies to, but I found relief!
Almonds, banana chips, and ginger beer!!!
I’ve never felt this intensity of heartburn, and Papaya enzyme worked like magic with my first child, and I don’t remember much heartburn with my second, but it does nothing with this one.
Just thought I should share. Maybe it can help one more person. Anyway, I hope this provides relief for someone! 😊
