Hi all- I had (have) endometriosis and had 4 surgeries in the past. We did not have any issues conceiving and no complications with delivery. My question is, any of you also have endo and what did you choose to do after birth of LO for protection? Previously I was doing the pill AND IUD to stop the endo but I think it really slowed my metabolism and I’d like to lose some weight now that I’m not on anything and LO is here. Any ideas on what’s best? IUD or pill and still help prevent endo from returning? I’m undecided and I don’t want to rely on pill out method lol
