I have antiphospholipid syndrome and have had 5 losses. I had one, then a kid, another loss then twins and then two losses in a row when I was diagnosed with APS. Then my next pregnancy I started lovenox at 3 weeks with baby aspirin only once a day, I went in at 6 weeks saw heartbeat and all then I found out I lost it at 8 weeks. My hematologist recommended me starting lovenox before my cycle or when I even want to try, but my OBGYN said I can just do it with a faint positive and it would be the same. Any advice or people who have similar stories please let me know!
