Motivation to stick to it?
What do you all do to stick to a diet or exercise? I feel like I do good for a few weeks and something happens (get depressed..ect) and I give up. I Have PCOS and am really struggling. It took my husband and I 5 years with fertility doctor's to get pregnant and we're so blessed to have our twin girls! They are almost 18months old and we want to start trying again.. however I'd LOVE to lose some weight first. I would love any tips, tricks or anything that helped you stick to a diet! I am 5"11 and 316lbs... I want so badly to be able to be here for my daughter's, to be able to get out and do things with them without feeling like crap!
