So I’m a supervisor in retail and I have been busting my butt everyday. I got promoted to a supervisor not only to the front store, but in the pharmacy as well (no pay raise for the new responsibilities put on me🙄). Well our district leader can’t stand me (our last store manager put us in a wad of crap) and this DL blames all of our store managers mistakes on me. Asking why I didn’t undermine her 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄. Well she told me the other day that a store manager in training position opened and asked me to apply for it (shockingly). So I did. I got a call 2 days ago setting up an interview with her this coming Monday. Well. Today I decided to check my application status and it says “not accepted for position” I haven’t even interviewed for it yet 🤷🏼‍♀️ So this lady basically played with me. I feel so discouraged.
