Face tingling?

33 weeks and my nose and around my lips tingle for no reason. Has anyone else had this?

I had this happen earlier this week for 10 hours and now for little bits since then. It think it's a nerve in your neck I was able to alleviate some of the numbness feeling by using a heat pack on my neck.
