IC or AF? 6dpo

Ugh i promised i’d try so hard not to symptom spot or stress this yr but it’s so difficult when ur so anxious to conceive and everyone around u is. I normally don’t get pms cramps until a few days before my period is due. I’m not due for about another 8-9 days. It was also mainly on my left side but i later felt it right in the middle too. Could this be implantation cramping? It stopped now but it was very mild...trying to stay positive and praying af doesn’t show up 😩
