I’d keep it!  one temp isn’t gonna mess you up. It’s better to have a temp then not having one at all. I work overnight and I get up early sometimes and I see know when I’m about To ovulate with opks and know I ovulated by the temp rise!

It's not ideal but sometimes it cant be avoided if woken up earlier than normal. Try inputting the temp into the calculator on mymonthlycycles.com/bbtadjust.jsp and then make a note on your chart that you changed the temp
