Armpit rash! Help please

So I guess I cut myself while shaving and it got infected or something. The past few days my left underarm has been killing me. It got a bit whitish and I can see cuts in the skin. I googled and it said I should apply an antifungal cream but it’s a fungus infection. Anyone have any experience? Hoping it’s not serious I’m 36 weeks pregnant 😩
