How do you pregnant mommies sleep with a belly?

How do y’all mommies sleep idk for some reason I like sleeping on my back but I read that it’s bad 😭 I’m 27 weeks pregnant. When I wake up and I’m sleeping on my back I change to my side but still end up on my back 😫

It’s fine to sleep on your back unless it makes you feel bad. Your body will tell you if something isn’t right. I’m 36 week and it I lay on my back for more than like 10 minutes I can’t breathe and get really dizzy and I never wake up on my back for this reason.

I slept on my stomach all the way through. I just bent my knee up a little and it was so comfortable

I sleep on either side. Sleeping on your back is only dangerous if you feel it and you’ll know if you feel anything from it. I stopped sleeping on my back cus it would instantly make me dizzy and lightheaded.

I have a pregnancy pillow. I prop myself up on it and sleep. It’s the only way I am comfortable. Can’t sleep on my right side because my right leg hurts. Can’t sleep on my left because I get super sore and on my back I run out of breath 😂 so slightly sitting up it is.

Most of my pregnancy I slept on my back but on an incline with lots of pillows piled up behind me. For the longest time lying on either side was terribly uncomfortable no matter what kind of pillow situation I tried my ribs would go numb and tingly within 5 minutes. Since baby has dropped at 36 weeks it has changed and I’m finally able to lay on my side again and now back is uncomfortable
