I am 7 weeks today. Yesterday after sex I had a little bit of pinkish blood which went away after I wiped twice. I had nothing after that episode...so I thought was normal. I am super nauseous so I eat very little, yesterday I ate something and at night I woke up with a severe heartburn...I vomited and then went to bed with strong pain in my stomach and abdomen. This morning I took a test just because the blood and the pain of yesterday made me worried...and the line is actually lighter than last week!!!???

Can you please let me know if this is normal or better to call the doctor?
