How would you rearrange this room?

I personally don't like TVs facing windows because of the glare. I'd have it on the other side where the couch is personally.

I would put the TV in the corner by the window and flip the couch to the other wall.

I think I would put the small table and lamp on the other side of the couch and put the big lamp closer by the door
