First date, should you dress in your best outfit?

I think it really depends on what you are doing - it should be the best outfit you have for the situation.... my first date with my husband was a movie and then a walk in the marina - so I chose not to do a skirt or dress in case those sea breezes were acting up.

Most of my first dates have been to a coffee shop or hiking. So I always dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt or gauchos and tank top depending on the season. Also I wouldn’t go on a fancy date with anyone. Not my style, really. I think I’m fairly allergic to dressing up. 😂😂

My first official date with so was bowling. So I'm more than certain I just had on Jean's and a tshirt. 
You should dress for the occasion. But it should also be something realistic and fit your every day attire.
