Still no W2

I have yet to receive my W2. They mentioned about two weeks ago that they’d email me when they sent it in the mail. Never received the email, and still don’t have my w2. Every other job I’ve worked for I’ve always gotten it by now. Is this semi normal? I’m getting annoyed that they either waited until the very last minute.. or just haven’t sent them yet
