Heart palpitations

I’m 7+5, don’t know if this is relevant but over the past few days I’ve been getting palpitations. It happens a few times a day and feels as though my heart is right in my throat, sort of takes my breath away. Has anyone experienced this before? Is it normal? I also have asthma so I don’t know if that’s why? Thankyou!
