Can someone please help

My ovulation day was January 17th which I did have sex that day and during fertile window.. today I got 4positive pregnancy tests but can it be this dark for being so early.. please help me I'm in shock and kind of freaking out! How many weeks exactly would I be when I put it in this app it says 4 weeks and two days.
