I tried PreSeed, I tracked ovulation with OPK’s and I propped my bum up after sex. We had sex every other day until my positive OPK, has sex that night and then every other night after. I got pregnant our first try.

For me, a Dr told me about endocrine system disrupters.  I read a lot and realised us eating packaged meals for a diet was an issue (heating food in plastics).  6 weeks after we cut it out I got my BFP.  It focuses on how plastics, certain chemicals in our skin care and cleaning products negatively impact our hormones, which can then effect egg and sperm quality.

After 10 cycles I started taking geritol pills and used Preseed and finally got my bfp!

6 months, but it ended in miscarriage. Now we are on cycle 4 since the miscarriage

10 months unmedicated, three months on Clomid. Got pregnant on month 13 of ttc!
