For you it doesn't matter what kind of placenta you have  you will feel the kiks anyway. On the other hand, from the outside it does matters. My husband was able to feel the kiks only after 23 weeks

I've had posterior placenta for both and felt then before 20 weeks. With #2 we felt her at 13ish weeks

Possibly. I've had 2 posterior placentas and one anterior and i felt them all very fast
