Has anyone ever ovulated with the hormonal iud? I had a good amount of egg white cm, but I can’t understand why. I’m no stranger to ovulating on BC, and i almost always spot for a couple days after sex with this. A while ago I had to get an ultrasound done to check if it was in the right place, because I could feel the tip of it and I was spotting for a week at a time. The doctor said it was in the right position.

This was the first time in a while that I haven’t had any spotting, and instead a bunch of egg white discharge. I’m extremely paranoid since I’ve had two MCs, and wanted to wait until I was in a stable relationship before I had a child of my own. Not to mention I could end up with an ectopic if I may have actually been ovulating like I think I was. I’m sure I’m fine but I’m just seeing if anyone has had weird shit with the iud (mirena, to be specific). Not asking for advice, just if I’m crazy or not! I’d be happy for a child but my anxiety is obnoxious and makes me go insane sometimes. I know the iud is effective, but I’ve had some issues with it the last couple of months, so naturally, I’m thinking too much.
