Hi, has anyone else dealt with a 2nd degree tear still (lightly) bleeding 6 weeks postpartum? I was brave and took a look with a mirror last night. I see an open area still on my perineum, not infected, but it is red with blood. Is it possible my stitches came out before it healed enough, or is this normal and will continue to heal on it's own?

I die inside at the thought of needing to be re-stitched 😖

I have my OB appointment in a couple of days to know for sure, but just curious to hear from anyone else that went through this.
