Breast abscess?

Ladies has anyone had a breast abscess? I had recently got mastitis and was put on antibiotics rights away and also started taking lecithin so I could clear up the clogged duct and I even nursed and pumped on the specific side constantly but the hard lump won’t go away (which is unusual for me if it was a clogged duct because they usually go away within a day) and it is still so painful to nurse. I did some research and came across breast abscess and think this is what it has turned into. Has anyone gone through anything similar??
