Keto Diet for Vegetarians/Vegans🥕🥦
Hey Girls!
So I’ve been a vegetarian for 8 months now but I notice even after cutting out meat... I still didn’t shed as much pounds then I expected. I do not eat junk food, fried, sweet or too much salty food. I do not even like to cook with butter or oil, just water or coconut oil at the most. But my weakness is bread😅.
Is there any keto recipes I can try for vegetarians that work for you, please share!
