Netflix doc what in the health?
Omg!! Have you watched it? Saw it a few months ago and have been toying around with going vegan. I finally made the choice two days ago to cut out meat and dairy and be more healthy and improve mental clarity and decrease joint pain. My mom is doing it with me and my husband seems to be on board as well! I’m so excited!
What are your favorite vegan recipes?
