Vegan pregnancy & protein
I’ve been vegan 5 + years and primarily eat a Whole Foods vegan diet that’s pretty low in protein. I feel really good eating this way... I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having a hard time getting the extra protein that’s recommended for a vegan pregnancy. Would love to hear others experiences with vegan pregnancy and how much protein you targeted and how the heck you got it all in! TIA
