I’m 31 weeks and I called my maternity unit to tell them I’ve been having mild-moderate period like pain since last night quite frequently and regularly (every 5 mins) and the woman just told me it’s probably braxton hicks so I should just take some paracetamol and have a hot bath. But everywhere I’ve seen says braxton hicks shouldn’t be regular or painful and also mine have been non stop since yesterday. I’m a bit annoyed as I was hoping she would tell me to come to hospital to get checked
