I have been prescribed with roaccutane (same as accutane) 20mg every second day.

I’m only going on roaccutane because although I have mild acne it is persistent

I’ve been on tetracyclines and the pill and it just hasn’t cleared permanently but it has improved greatly

If I’ve been on skin medication before , will I go through a purging stage ? If so will my purging stage be worse than what my original acne was? I’ve never had cystic acne or anything just white heads. So will I just get a small breakout of white heads or will I purge with cystic acne if I’ve never gotten it before and if I’ve been through a slight purging stage.

Please help !
