I have a mole on my back that has been changing over the years. The top one. It will get like this and crack then fall off and come back as this.

Now I have the one under it that is starting to do the same thing( I call them the older and younger sister miles) what ever the top does the bottom one does. They both started about as normal flat jokes once upon a time.

I’ve looked up skin cancer and the only cancer sign they seem to show is that they sometimes have black specks in them until it falls off and grows back with dark brown specs.

I wanted to add that it’s on my back so it’s hard to get a good picture.
