Definitely sound. I have misophonia.

But I am a little sensitive to sunlight.

Sound. I get really overwhelmed by loud sounds and certain noises. It makes me feel like my head is going to explode.

Smell. I have severe allergies. Strong smells send me into a sneezing frenzy.

I literally squint so much I basically have my eyes closed when I go outside. If my phone isn't all the way dim in the daytime, it's too bright. So yea, definitely light😂

Only really smell or noises that bother me are dogs besides alarms for noise. As long as light is natural I'm fine.

Honestly none of the above. But when I’m sick, I’d say all of the above hit me at once😭
