Neonate acne...does anyone else's baby have this. Doctor say it will just go away, but I was just wondering if anyone else's baby struggling with this?

Yes, my baby had it worse than your baby and we used mustela hydro face lotion and it went away in a few days

Super normal! My baby got it around 2 weeks and it went away by 6 or 7 weeks. We just wiped her face with a damp warm washcloth most nights and left it alone otherwise.

Mine had it, it will go away eventually and doesn't hurt them.
