A couple weeks ago, I found out I was pregnant. Shortly after my positive test, I started spotting. After about six days of spotting, I started bleeding. I went to the doctor immediately, and she had me get my blood drawn to check the HCG levels. The next day, she called to tell me they were at 404 and they should be in the 20,000 range. She told me that I’d need to go again the next day for a blood draw, and we would go from there. (Last time this happened, my HCG levels were 20 with the first test and 9 with the second, so no further action was necessary) They just called me and told me that my HCG levels were now at 554. I go back today for yet another blood draw and if they’re still rising, we’ll have to do an ultrasound.

So even though I’ve been bleeding pretty heavily and consistently since Wednesday, my HCG levels are rising?

Has anyone else experienced this? What were the results?
